To target the abdominal region fully you need to include variation when training. This can be either by uising weights, different plians of movement or varied incline.

Special Features of the York FTS Adjustable Sit Up Board:


  • The York FTS Adjustable Sit Up Board uses a simple approach to abdominal development by allowing the user to vary the angle at which they train. Ranging from about 20° - 45° Decline.
  • Adjustable on the front vertical support by utilising the ''twist-n-pull'' pin system that has been mastered by York.
  • The lower leg is held in place by 2 sets of foam rollers positioned at the bottom of the shin area and then behind the knee, ensuring the user is as comfortable as possible.
  • The full length pad will accomodate a wide range of body sizes.
