A deep, luxurious mattress with a cotton cover made from 100% organic yarn and bonded pocket springs. 85% natural fillings include deep layers of cotton, wool and white fibre on a single sleeping surface which means the mattress never needs to be turned.The border is finished with two rows of machine stitching and heavy gauge rod edge wire to provide extra durability.This mattress uses 8" pocket springs - 33% longer than normal - for extra comfort. Each spring uses a medium gauge spring wire to give the mattress a medium to firm feel. Pocket sprung mattresses have each spring in its own individual sleeve or pocket. Because these move independently of each other, a restless sleeper is less likely to disturb his or her partner. These mattresses conform to the shape of the sleeper, and are ideal if there’s a substantial weight difference between sleeping partners.
